March 2 Justice

For more information on the march route read below. For more information about the march click here or visit the Justice League NYC

March 2 Justice Arfaib.png

The #March2Justice is a mobilization organized by Justice League NYC with the support of legendary artist Harry Belafonte and 1199SEIU President George Gresham, as well as dozens of organizations, activists, elected officials, artists and leaders. (List here). Justice League NYC and people from across the country will march roughly 250 miles from New York City to Washington, DC - stopping in key cities along the route for local rallies and mobilization. The #March2Justice will deliver a "Justice Package" of three pieces of criminal justice reform legislation that will end racial profiling, demilitarize our police forces, and shift juvenile justice from incarceration to prevention.

As a grassroots effort, #March2Justice is funded through donations to our Crowdrise campaign. The money we raise is how we will feed and provide necessary supplies for all those who join together to march.

We march in solidarity with our elders, our youth, our incarcerated brothers and sisters, and the families and communities of those impacted by police brutality. We are inspired and moved by young people and others across the country that continue to keep this movement alive in the name of justice. We now want to see action from the powers that be – and its time we take the movement to them. We #MARCH2JUSTICE because we believe that together, we can change the landscape of this nation and prove once and for all that ALL men and women are created equal.
